Challenge
Assisted living units were split between buildings, creating staffing inefficiencies. Sales were underperforming, and residents had short lengths of stay, limiting long-term revenue.

Strategy
We consolidated Independent Living into one building and reorganized Assisted Living and Memory Care into the other, with expansion plans to scale AL. We introduced our signature Acceptance and Retention Guidelines and launched an aggressive sales commission plan to boost team performance.
